• We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
• Every piece is already made to order.
• It’ll take 1-2 weeks to process and dry clean after garment has been made.
• However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be ship.
• Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined, and may require extra processing time.
• Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days via Canada Post, but delays from the courier can happen.
• We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors.
